  • Summer (March–June): Temperatures range between 15°C to 25°C. Birds are particularly active, making this period excellent for sightings.

  • Monsoon (July–September): Heavy rainfall can make trails muddy and slippery, so birding is less convenient.

  • Post-Monsoon (October–November): Clear skies and temperatures between 10°C and 20°C make this an ideal period for birdwatching.

  • Winter (December–February): Cooler temperatures of 5°C to 15°C with crisp clear skies offer excellent visibility for spotting Himalayan species, though mornings and evenings are chilly.
